1. Who processes your data

The controller is Ing. Mikuláš Németh - HOBBY, Požiarnická 1595/9, 931 01 Šamorín, IČO: 44 704 631, e-mail: info@webshopassist.sk. I process your personal data in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data and why

Through the contact form I collect: your name, e-mail address, the selected service, an optional approximate budget and the text of your message. They are used solely so I can reply to you and prepare a quote. The legal basis is a pre-contractual step taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or the legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)). I do not use the data for marketing and I do not sell it to anyone.

3. How long I keep it

Messages from the form are kept until your enquiry is resolved and for a maximum of 2 years afterwards, in case we pick the conversation back up. If you become a client, accounting records are kept for the period required by tax law. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

4. Cookies

The site uses essential (functional) cookies: a record of your consent, your chosen language and your appearance setting. These are not used for tracking. If you allow analytics cookies in the consent bar, Google Analytics 4 is loaded (operated by Google Ireland Limited), which measures traffic in anonymised form – how many people arrived, from where, and which pages they viewed. Without your consent no analytics is loaded at all. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser; measurement stops immediately. We do not use advertising cookies at this time.

5. Third parties

The contact section embeds a Google Maps map – loading it sends your IP address to Google. The website and mailbox run on infrastructure provided by Websupport, s. r. o., acting as a processor. A copy of the form message is delivered to my mailbox. If you have allowed analytics cookies, your visit data is also processed by Google as a processor.

6. Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the following rights:

• the right of access to your data and to a copy of it
• the right to rectification of inaccurate data
• the right to erasure (the 'right to be forgotten')
• the right to restriction of processing
• the right to object to processing
• the right to data portability

7. How to exercise your rights

Just write to info@webshopassist.sk – I will respond within 30 days at the latest. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may lodge a complaint with the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava).
