How much does a website cost in 2026?
A real price overview for business owners – no “get in touch and we'll see”. These are my actual prices, the same ones you'll find in the price list.

Most agencies answer the question “how much does it cost” with “it depends”. It does depend – but that doesn't help you decide. So here are concrete numbers based on what you actually need. These are my prices, not a market estimate.
A single page that says who you are, what you do and how to reach you. Built on WordPress with a premium theme tailored to your brand.
- Up to 5 sections on one page
- Contact form, map, basic SEO
- Deployment, SSL and domain assistance · delivery 1–2 weeks
More subpages and the ability to manage content yourself. The most common choice for small firms that want a site they don't have to beg for changes to.
- Up to 8 subpages designed around your brand
- Blog / news, bilingual version
- SEO package, GA4 tracking, speed optimisation · delivery 3–4 weeks
When you need more than an adapted theme: custom design, unlimited scope and integration with other systems.
- Custom design and a bespoke child theme, not an off-the-shelf template
- Up to 4 languages, integrations (booking, CRM, API)
- Advanced SEO and technical audit · delivery 5–8 weeks
WooCommerce on WordPress. The range depends on the number of products and variants, and how many systems the shop connects to.
- Cart, payment gateway, shipping, e-mail notifications
- Variants, filtering, discount codes, comparison-site feeds
- Invoicing or inventory integration, B2B pricing · delivery 3–12 weeks
Where an off-the-shelf platform stops being enough: apps, portals, dashboards, SSR for maximum speed. The price follows the scope, which is why there is no number here.
- No template or plugin limits
- ERP, inventory and custom API integration
- Web and mobile apps, admin panels, automation
Why my prices are final
I'm not VAT-registered. That means the amount shown is the amount you pay – nothing gets added on top. With a VAT-registered agency, tax is added to the same figure. If you can't reclaim VAT, that's a noticeable difference at the same headline price.
What actually drives the price
The difference between €550 and €1,350 isn't how many hours someone spent clicking. It's four things:
- Scope – the number of subpages, sections and products
- Functionality – forms, booking, payments, logins
- Design – an adapted theme versus a custom design from scratch
- Integrations – the more systems the site has to connect to, the more work
What's counted separately
Some things aren't part of the base price, because not everyone needs them:
- An additional language version with its own content
- Copywriting, proofreading and translation
- Invoicing or CRM system integration
- Monthly care and hosting – from €29 a month
How to decide
If you're starting out and want to validate demand first, the €550 one-pager is a sensible first step – and when you outgrow it, you move up with the same person. If you already know the site has to sell, start at the company website or e-shop. And if someone promises you an e-shop for €300, ask what isn't included.
